Backed by a strong team with experience in power generation projects around the world who have substantial experience in, and knowledge of, the power generation industry, not only in Nigeria and the West African continent, but globally.

We operate two primary business lines:

Independent Power Production (“IPP”)

Under our IPP business, we develop, acquire and operate long-term contracted power generating plants for commercial, industrial and residential customers. We are committed to implementing policies, which prioritize health, safety, environmental compliance, risk management and operating standards; a practice, which separates us, providing competitive advantages. Our developmental activities focus on long-term commercial contracts with creditworthy off-takers, in order to maintain stable revenues and cash flows, and the majority of our forecasted revenues are already contracted and backed by long-term agreements.

Customized Energy Solutions

This part of our business develops and operates customized solutions to boost energy efficiencies and the overall profile of our environmentally sensitive customers. We are focused on operating:

co-generation facilities, which produce a combination of energy and heat
tri-generation facilities, which produce a combination of energy, heat and cold water
quad-generation facilities, which produce energy, heat and cold water, and also capture carbon dioxide (“CO2”)

We have also incorporated solar installations as part of our service offerings, creating additional sustainable energy production.
